Requests for information or records held by the Department may be made by letter or application form either (i) obtainable from the Enquiry Counter of the Information and Liaison Section of the Immigration Headquarters on the 2nd floor of Immigration Tower and at the Immigration Branch Offices, Births and Deaths Registries, Marriage Registries and Registration of Persons Offices outside the Headquarters; or (ii) available for download from this web site on Internet.
