You can select your appointment within the next 12 working days following the day booking the appointment.

An applicant can make a group appointment (a maximum of 4) at the same office and time interval. All group members are required to attend together.

After an appointment is made, one may change or cancel the appointment. For changing an appointment, one can only choose a new bookable day at least one working day later than the day making the change.

Subject to the availability of quotas on that day, applicant may also attend an Immigration Branch Office in person to get a quota tag before his/her application be processed. |
