At the Extension Section, the following categories of applicants can make appointment through the Appointment Booking Services:
| ( a ) |
Persons admitted under General Employment Policy or their dependants; |
| ( b ) |
Persons with student status or their dependants; and |
| ( c ) |
Dependants of Hong Kong permanent residents or residents who are not subject to a limit of stay (i.e. residents with the right to land or on unconditional stay) | |

You can select your appointment within the next 24 working days following the day booking the appointment. |

An applicant can make a group appointment (a maximum of 4) at the same time interval. All group members are required to attend together. |
|
After an appointment is made, one may change or cancel the appointment. For changing an appointment, one can only choose a new bookable day at least one working day later than the day making the change. |
|
Subject to the availability of quotas on that day, applicant may also attend the Extension Section in person to get a quota tag before his/her application be processed. |
