24-hour Appointment Booking Service for Hong Kong Smart Identity Card provides booking service round-the-clock and offers advance bookings up to 12 working days. The public may obtain the service by telephone or via the Internet.

To use this service, a computer or a touch-tone dial telephone is required. |

In making an appointment, a caller needs to enter the number of his/her identity card, birth certificate or travel document as identity document number. |
|
An applicant can only make one appointment within 12 working days period. |
|
An applicant may change or cancel a successful appointment. For changing an appointment, the earliest available appointment will be on the next working day. | |
