Please send the application form ROP 145, duly completed and signed together with photostat copies of supporting documents to:

Please deposit the application form ROP 145, duly completed and signed together with photostat copies of supporting documents into the drop-in boxes provided at the Immigration Department.

Note:

1. When you send in the application by post or deposit the application into the drop-in box, you may use the self-addressed envelope.
2. Please do not send in original documents. All photostat copies submitted will not be returned.
3. You will be notified in writing to produce the original documents for verification.
