How to submit an application

Please send the application form, duly completed and signed together with photostat copies of supporting documents to:

Drop-in

Please deposit the application form, duly completed and signed together with photostat copies of supporting documents into the drop-in boxes provided at the Immigration Department.

Note:

1. (a) For applicants who are One-way Permit holders and 18 years of age or above, please complete application form ROP169.
   (b) For applicants who are One-way Permit holders and below 18 years of age, please complete application form ROP170.
   (c) For other applicants, please complete application form ROP145.
2. When you send in the application by post or deposit the application into the drop-in box, you may use the self-addressed envelope.
3. Please do not send in original documents. All photostat copies submitted will not be returned.
4. You will be notified in writing to produce the original documents for verification.
