Hong Kong Seaman's Identity Book
Eligibility
Hong Kong Seaman's Identity Books are issued to the following categories of bona fide seafarers :-
- Chinese citizens who either have the right of abode or are on unconditional stay in the HKSAR; or
- HKSAR residents not of Chinese nationality, who either have the right of abode or are on unconditional stay in the HKSAR, and who are unable to obtain national passports or travel documents of any other country or territory.
