List of information / supporting documents required for visa application for residence in Hong Kong

For an entry visa application for residence in Hong Kong, please provide the following :-

	an application formNote 1, with relevant parts duly completed and signed;
	evidence of the sponsor's financial standing, e.g. bank statements, savings accounts passbooks, tax receipts and employment certificates;
	evidence of the applicant's financial standing;
	evidence of sponsor's relationship with the applicant, e.g. marriage certificates, birth certificate, family photographs and family letters (with envelopes), census record book and Privilege Card for Single Child (if applicable);
	evidence of sponsor's accommodation, e.g. rental receipts; and
	evidence of the applicant's past residence in Hong Kong (if any).
