Remarks A : It is not necessary to fill in any application form upon giving the Notice of Intended Marriage. However, the following personal particulars of both parties including the name and surname; marital status; occupation; age; residential address and the full name of parents of each of the parties must be provided at the time the notice is given. To facilitate the process, it is recommended that the marrying parties to complete and submit the information sheet (MR 21B) online in advance or download the form for completion and submit the completed form to the processing officer at registries.
