The Office provides the following services:

Accepting applications for issuing Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passports and Document of Identity for Visa Purposes.

You may book an appointment through the telephone booking system at (852) 2598 0888 or online on the day following the date of issue of the Collection Notice issued by the Immigration Department notifying you the period and office for collecting your new travel document.
