The Office provides the following services:

Accepting applications for issuing Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passports and Document of Identity for Visa Purposes.

During the collection period shown on the Collection Notice, applicants may make an appointment through the 24-Hour Appointment Booking System for collecting their travel documents. Since this office is using a quota system, applicants are required to get quota tags at the office before their applications be processed.
