The Office provides the following services:

Accepting applications for Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passports.

All Immigration Offices that handle travel document applications are using a quota system. Applicants are required to get quota tags at the respective office before their applications be processed. Alternatively, applicant can use the 24-Hour Appointment Booking System for advance booking up to two weeks.
