The following types of services are available:

  2. Registration of identity cards for new arrivals
    (other than persons admitted under the Supplementary Labour Scheme and holders of Chinese Exit Permits)
  3. Replacement of identity cards due to defacement/loss
  4. Replacement of identity cards for persons subsequent to changes in their immigration status
  5. Amendment of registered particulars
  6. Application for Certificate of Registered Particulars
  7. Application for Certificate of Exemption

All Registration of Persons Offices are using a quota system. Applicants are required to get a quota at the respective office before application. Applicants are advised to make prior appointment before coming to our offices for services. They may use the 24-hour appointment booking system at below to make an advance booking for registration of smart identity card within the following 24 working days through the Internet or a touch-tone dial telephone.
