If you would like to obtain “Employment Contract for a Domestic Helper Recruited from Outside Hong Kong” (ID 407), please send your correspondence address and contact number by email to enquiry@immd.gov.hk or by post to Information and Liaison Section, Upper Ground Floor, Administration Tower, Immigration Headquarters, 61 Po Yap Road, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories. The Immigration Department will send the contract to you by post. Standard Employment Contract (ID 407) can also be obtained from the above-mentioned address or Immigration Branch Offices (for the addresses and working hours of offices, please refer to the link).
