To tie in with the 15th National Games Road Cycling (Men’s Individual) Event, the Departure Hall of the Passenger Clearance Building and outbound Vehicle Clearance Plaza of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port will be closed to travelers and vehicles from 06:30 am to 12:30 pm on 8 November 2025 (Saturday).


For Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens) as announced by the Exit and Entry Administration of the People’s Republic of China on 1 July 2024, applicant may apply for the Notice of Application for Access to Information from the Immigration Department. The fees for some services including the issuing of visas/entry permits and travel documents and despatch services for delivering travel documents to places outside Hong Kong have been revised with effect from 8 September 2025. Please refer to the relevant press release for details.

The Registration of Persons - Kwun Tong (Temporary) Office has ceased operation. Members of the public who wish to submit identity card applications could make an appointment at other six ROP Offices. Applicants who have applied at the ROP – Kwun Tong (Temporary) Office but have yet to collect their identity cards are required to collect their identity cards at the ROP – Tseung Kwan O Office. Eligible persons aged 18 or above holding a valid locally issued smart identity card could also use the Personal Documentation Submission Kiosks located at the Immigration Headquarters in Tseung Kwan O, which is appointment-free, to complete their identity card replacement application in a self-service manner.
