The Immigration Department (ImmD) announced today (April 29) that, starting from May 13, the Other Visas and Permits Section at the ImmD Headquarters will extend its office hours from 8.45am-4.30pm to 8.45am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The Section will no longer operate on Saturday morning.
As set out in the relevant application forms/guidance notes, applications for services provided by the Section can be made by post, through the departmental Drop-in Box or the Incoming Mail counter at the ImmD Headquarters, which will remain open on Saturday morning. Applicants are not required to submit their applications in person.
