Due to the regular inspection of the building's electrical installation system, the telephone system of the Investigation Sub-division of the Immigration Department at Skyline Tower in Kowloon Bay will be affected from 10pm today (May 25) until further notice. The Immigration Complaints Hotline will be interrupted. The numbers affected are:

During the period of interruption, the following avenues will be available for members of the public to report immigration offences:
• email to anti_crime@immd.gov.hk;
• Online Reporting of Immigration Offences via www.gov.hk/en/apps/immdes2reportoffecnces.htm; or
• fax to the Information and Liaison Section of the Immigration Department on 2877 7711.
