Note(s):

In response to the developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, passenger clearance services at the following control points have been suspended in phases since end-January 2020, with details as follows:
- Express Rail Link West Kowloon, Hung Hom, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, China Ferry Terminal and Tuen Mun Ferry Terminal (with effect from 30 January 2020);
- Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line, Lok Ma Chau and Macau Ferry Terminal (with effect from 4 February 2020); and
- Kai Tak Cruise Terminal (with effect from the afternoon of 5 February 2020).

Remark(s):

The Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point commenced operation on 26 August 2020, with only cargo clearance service available at this stage (i.e. no passenger clearance service for the time being).
Figures include passengers by cruises to high seas and cruise liners berthing at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, the Ocean Terminal and other anchorages, as well as Hong Kong based passenger liners.
