At the Extension Section, the following categories of applicants can make appointment through the Appointment Booking Services:
Persons admitted under General Employment Policy or their dependants
Persons with student status or their dependants; and
Dependants of Hong Kong permanent residents or residents who are not subject to a limit of stay (i.e. residents with the right to land or on unconditional stay)
You can select your appointment within the next 24 working days following the day booking the appointment.
An applicant can make a group appointment (a maximum of 4) at the same time interval. All group members are required to attend together.
After an appointment is made, one may change or cancel the appointment. For changing an appointment, one can only choose a new bookable day at least one working day later than the day making the change.
Subject to the availability of quotas on that day, applicant may also attend the Extension Section in person to get a quota tag before his/her application be processed.
Foreign Domestic Helpers Section

At the Foreign Domestic Helpers Section, the following categories of applicants can make appointment through the Appointment Booking Services:
Foreign domestic helpers submitting extension of stay applications with the same employer,
Contract renewal
Complete the remainder period of the current contract
Mutual agreement for extension of current contract for one month
Foreign domestic helpers submitting extension of stay applications with a new employer (Change of employer)
You can select your appointment within the next 24 working days following the day booking the appointment.
After an appointment is made, one may change or cancel the appointment. For changing an appointment, the earliest day will be the next working day of the date of changing the appointment.
Subject to the availability of quotas on that day, applicant may also attend the Foreign Domestic Helpers Section in person to get a quota tag before his/her application be processed.
At the Quality Migrants and Mainland Residents Section, the following categories of applicants applying for extension of stay can make an appointment through the Appointment Booking Services:
Persons admitted under the following arrangements/schemes or their dependants,
Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals
Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates
Persons with student status or their dependants
You can select your appointment within the next 24 working days following the day booking the appointment.

Issuing Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passports and Document of Identity for Visa Purposes.
After receipt of the Collection Notice issued by the Immigration Department notifying the period and office for collecting the travel document, unless receiving further notice from the Immigration Department, you may collect your new travel document at the selected office direct according to the prescribed details on the Collection Notice.
