Sponsor's Undertaking of Continuous Sponsorship and Sponsor's Declaration of the Duration of Absence from Hong Kong in the Previous 12 Months. Dependants of persons admitted to Hong Kong under the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme shall submit their applications through the online application system of the Immigration Department and upload the completed form.
