Application and Collection of the Notice of Application for Access to Information
The application is free of charge. The Notice of Application for Access to Information will be posted to the applicant’s correspondence address by registered mail.

Processing Time
Where possible, the information requested will be made available within 10 days of receipt of your request. If the Department is unable to provide the requested information within 10 days, you will receive an interim reply within the same period. The target processing time is 21 days from the date of receipt of request.
